Return Policy

No Returns or refunds: Are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at allinhaircare@gmail.com Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED & IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING we will then send you a shipping label to have item returned to us. the correct item will be mailed out within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged, please send an email to allinhaircare@gmail.com Include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and all images of damaged item or items. Replacements are sent out immediately based off our discretion.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: All In Hair Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.   

Cancellation Policy: Please keep in mind that All In Hair Care order-fulfillment and shipping team, work very hard to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore we can not change, make price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
